Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal information Flowramo collects through this website and the Lina demo on WhatsApp, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It does not cover systems we install for clients: those run on the client's own infrastructure, and the client decides how its customers' data is handled.
Who we are
Flowramo builds AI systems and software products. For anything in this notice, write to habib@flowramo.com.
What we collect
When you send a project or demo request: your name, your company or clinic name, your WhatsApp number, your country, your email if you give it, what you are interested in, any message you write, and the language you used.
When you message the Lina demo on WhatsApp: the messages you send and the number you send them from, so the demo can reply.
When you browse the site: anonymous, aggregated usage figures (pages viewed, referrer, country, device type) from Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies. Our hosting provider also keeps short-lived technical logs, such as IP addresses, to run and protect the site.
Why we use it
To reply to your request, arrange a call and prepare a proposal. To run the Lina demo. To understand which pages are useful and to keep the site secure. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it
We use a small number of service providers: Vercel (website hosting and analytics), Supabase (the database that stores requests), Google (the email that tells us a request arrived), Meta (WhatsApp), and AI model providers that process demo messages so Lina can reply. They handle the information on our behalf and only for these purposes.
The Lina demo
The demo is for trying Lina, not for real medical questions. Please do not send health information you would not want stored. Lina does not diagnose, and nothing it says in the demo is medical advice.
How long we keep it
We keep request details while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period after, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it or delete it. Write to habib@flowramo.com and we will act on your request.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
